How does it work?
No matter the size of your group, we’ll break it into small ones. Then, we’ll go through several time management tasks. These will all be in the guise of a business simulation, so the real world application will be obvious and apparent. All the facets of time management, how to prioritize one task over again, delegating the right task to the right person, being able to tackle multiple tasks at once, will each be explored and tested. Showcase! Groups will present to the others what they worked on, how it went and more.
