What is the Rocket Challenge?

Overview

Prepare for a cosmic journey like no other! Your team will transform into intrepid astronauts and brilliant engineers, tasked with constructing high-flying rockets using everyday materials. Armed with nothing but a 2-liter soda bottle, cardboard, and tape, teams must engineer a rocket capable of safely transporting a fragile cargo—an egg—into the stratosphere

The Twist?

As the rocket soars into the heavens, it must deploy a parachute or braking device to ensure a gentle landing, safeguarding the precious cargo (a raw egg).

It's a thrilling race against gravity and time as teams collaborate, innovate, and problem-solve to achieve lift-off success while keeping their egg payload unscathed.

Outdoor and open space i.e. Grassy field or parking lot without many cars
